4. Information Shared With Other Users

When an auction is completed, we share limited contact information between the buyer and seller to facilitate the transaction:

• The winning buyer receives: seller's name, email, phone number, and business name
• The seller receives: winning buyer's name, email, and phone number

This contact sharing only occurs after a successful auction close where the reserve price has been met.

5. Information We Do Not Share

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We do not share your information with advertisers.

6. Third-Party Service Providers

We work with trusted third-party providers to operate the platform:

• SendGrid — email delivery
• Payment processor — ACH payment processing (bank-level security)
