Getting Started
Who can use DealerHub? v
DealerHub is exclusively for licensed motor vehicle dealers. You must have a valid dealer license in your state to register. We manually verify every dealer before approving access.
How do I get approved? v
Register at dealerhub.cloud/register with your dealer license number and business information. Our team reviews applications and approves accounts within 24 hours. You will receive an email once approved.
Is there a subscription fee? v
No. DealerHub has no monthly subscription, no setup fee, and no listing fee. You only pay when a vehicle sells — a flat $150 fee per side. That is it.
Selling
How do I list a vehicle? v
Go to the + List tab. Enter the VIN and year, make, and model fill in automatically. Add photos, set your starting bid and reserve price, choose your auction length (1 to 14 days), and tap Create Listing. Then start the auction from My Listings when ready.
What is a reserve price? v
The reserve price is the minimum amount you will accept. If bidding does not reach your reserve, you are not obligated to sell. Buyers can see whether the reserve has been met but cannot see the actual amount.
What if my vehicle does not sell? v
If your auction ends without meeting the reserve price you can relist at any time from My Listings. There is no charge to relist. Consider adjusting your reserve price or starting bid.
How do I get paid? v
After your auction sells, the buyer submits payment through the platform. Once confirmed, you receive the sale price minus the $150 DealerHub fee via ACH bank transfer within 1-3 business days. Add your bank account in the Profile tab.
Buying
How does bidding work? v
Browse active auctions in the Browse tab. Tap Place Bid to bid. Bids must increase by at least $100. All bids are binding — if you are the winning bidder when the auction closes and the reserve is met, you are obligated to purchase.
What happens after I win an auction? v
You will receive an email notification. Go to your Won tab, tap Pay Now, and complete payment within 3 business days. Once payment is processed, the seller contact information is revealed to arrange pickup within 7 business days.
Are vehicles sold as-is? v
Yes. All vehicles on DealerHub are sold as-is, where-is, unless specifically noted in the listing. Review all photos and condition information carefully before bidding.
Payments
What is the exact fee structure? v
Flat and simple: $150 from the buyer added to the sale price, and $150 from the seller deducted from the payout. No percentage fees, no hidden charges. On a $10,000 sale the buyer pays $10,150 and the seller receives $9,850.
How long do I have to pay after winning? v
Payment must be submitted within 3 business days of the auction closing. Failure to pay may result in account suspension.
Account and Support
How do I reset my password? v
Go to dealerhub.cloud/forgot-password and enter your email. You will receive a reset link within a few minutes.
